ai-et Speaker Series

We'll be kicking off our ai-et Speaker Series this year with "Tech Tuesday Talks!" In October, join us for a workshop by Professor Larry Medsker of University of Vermont. He is the editor of the journal AI and Ethics, and editor of the new Springer book, the AI and Ethics Handbook. He will be sharing his insights with us on Tuesday, October 13th at 5:00 - 6:30 PM in the Digital Humanities Center in MLK Library.

Torsa Ghorsal, a creative writer at Sacramento State, will speak on "Is AI a Social Storyteller? Evaluating Algorithmic Narratives of Noncitizenship" on Tuesday, November 3rd at 4:00 - 5:30 PM in MLK 225.
